54 Level 2 & 3 Treasure Maps

I have a bag of 54 Treasure Maps that I have sorted. I used to run a TMaping sorting business, but have since deleted one of the characters, and that character determined if a map was level 2 or 3.
What I can guarantee with this purchase:
You will not get any level 1 maps.
You will not get any level 4 or 5 maps.
Every map of the 54 has been double clicked once, but not decoded, by a cartographer with 70.0 shown skill. The message received was you fail to decode this map.
70.0 is the bare minimum skill to decode level 3s, and since I kept all the maps I decoded while sorting chances are these maps are closer to being level 3 than 2.
