Yes you can fish from the roof, but not deep water. This one will come fully deco'ed with the upper floor still constructed with stools. I paid 3 deeds for this back in the day and it was considered a steal.

I am also selling the empty tower just to the NE.

Starting bid will be 2 tower deeds plus 10k for both.

I notice there is a keep in the screenshot for this tower on the radar, but it's actually another tower, which I just purchased from sultan. Do you know anything about the keep that used to be there? I want to try to make one fit, seems to be enough room but I'm not sure.

I tried and tried to get a keep to fit there. Maybe I was doing something wrong, or it was a keep placed before some patch... I dunno...

Yeah I'm thinking it must have been placed before some patch that changed placement rules, because it just will NOT fit despite there being a big enough footprint and seemingly nothing that should be blocking it.... sigh. Oh well.
