Buying Keep+Tower or Castle. Guild Village Location please

I am interested in buying a Placed Castle or Keep + Tower or Keep+LargerThanPatio.
let me know what you have for sale and we can negotiate price and details.
This will be a upgrade for my guild housing, if any one owns houses in Compassion Desert I prefer the location but I will take what is offered and work with that.

This will be a upgrade to my guild tower, so possibly may just go for a castle and or entire guild town location, would love to have at least 2 large houses such as keep+tower or Castle+larger than smalls.
If any one knows who owns locations in compassion desert that is my preferred guild location since my tower is located there already.

My apologies I changed my mind lol... will be interested in a Keep if it has other housing around it a Patio/L Shape or larger.
Other than that I will edit post to be targeting a Castle. And or Keep with Tower ect.. guild town.

Sounds good, I'll contact all current offers and see whatsup.
This will not be a personal expense but a guild project. I will likely pay off the majority of the expense personally but will be working as guild to eventually cover entire deal.
If possible to do a Pay over Time I am more than happy to negotiate.
If you would like a one time payment then the deal will take a good while to complete.
I am not rich yet but I'll do what I can to get the best for my guild.

The original Leader of Ext Extinction is GL GENERAL GUESS, sadly he is moving irl but I will be leading the guild now, xlmoved members and all, we are all active and all very interested in getting a guild village going asap
I have some land I can offer as trade as well including my Compassion Tower which is quite a sweet spot
