Over last weekend, I had wandered thru the north Brit stables, checking for perverts abusing animals. I noticed 2 separate "Brush" on the floor of the middle 2 stalls. Erh ? "You cannot pick that up" "You cannot pick that up". Odd. Better things to do, I logged.

Today, having received my new membership cards for PETA, I thought I should go on another stables sweep. Static brushes were still in place. On a hunch, I meandered over to SE Brit to check the storerooms. HMM! Large Vase {Handles} ! Static. I looked around Brit. No static soup in the Unicorns' Horn. No hanging armor in the Lord's castle. No static small vase in the GY.

Stealth patch? I glanced around forums, nothing. Not even complaints?

What gives ?

I thought some spawning rares had to be stolen

None of these items are static rare spawns, simply decoration that has existed since the beginning of the server.

You just need to have better timing. These items are usually picked up within a short time of spawning and then don't spawn again for days, weeks, or more.

I would contest the comment "has existed since the beginning of the server". Some new statics were added at several rare spawn sites, all within the last calendar year.

I have my suspicions why, yet I think it is for the better.

Just quick off top of my head, new statics at Hanging Armor(2), Brush, Large Vase, Trinsic Ingot spawn, Bloody Bowl, etc.... More too, I just can't think of them at the moment.

I have been recalling to these sites since 2009, you notice changes.

While some decorations have been added in some areas, primarily as part of the ongoing storylines, none of it is some sort of static rare spawn. It's just normal items.

Nerd, where's your latest whorehouse? I'm needing some loving. Seems the gargoyles are still reeling from their latest butt whomping.
