3 small deeds actually is fair market value for this weapon, or pretty close. I sold one almost identical, though slightly inferior (mine was fortified and his is indestructible) for 120k a little over 2 months ago

Also it must be noted, this is essentially the third best possible halberd in terms of raw stats. A post from a while back ranked halberds by raw damage output and the ranking went like this:
