WTB these houses! Who owns them?!

If anybody knows who owns either of these houses, I'd be very grateful for that information. If you own these houses and are interested in parting with them, i'd be willing to pay well for either or both.

First house I gave to Rammar.
Second house was a tower where I put a patio and the small behind it. Make me an offer I can't refuse.
