Tower Patio combo

Selling this fantastic tower/patio combo just south east of the Bloody Plains. I have seen zero monster spawn at these two homes the entire time I have been refreshing them. Also, you get your own guard outpost! I love the locations but just haven't taken the time to move into them nor do I need the extra space at the moment.
I would prefer not to break these up.

Trade went 110% smoothly, would trade again.
Tower and a patio for only 60k over the deed price, total??? Why no other bids???
