Anybody want a grandfathered placed tower (not grandfathered lockdowns/secures), alone in its own clearing south of Dragonhame mountain, north of Del passage? Has it's own lake! I don't want to re-deed it because it's grandfathered and can't be replaced, but I don't use it for anything right now and getting tired of holding onto it. So if anyone wants a tower for just deed price, this is your chance! This will sell for deed price if there are no higher offers. I will consider financing, even for just the deed price, so younger players, feel free to make offers toward that end.

Spawn is not great but not bad either. Giant serpant's, snakes, and alligators. I'd say on any given refresh run, there is one of those guys there 50% of the time, two of them 25% of the time, and none of them at all 25% of the time. Add in about a 10-20% chance of ettin or ogre.

Financing is no interest, and we'd discuss the rate of payback and base it on your current means (it would vary between who was offering, that's why I can't say a one-size-fits-all rate). Don't worry about the rate though, I'll accommodate most anyone's means as long as you seem like a decent person during our discussion You'd have full owners co-owner capabilities from the start though.
