Lock it down in your home for a few weeks see if it decays. If not I'll consider putting in an offer.

Warrior Guild by brit stables. Talk to the npc on the second floor. then you'll go to the fields to the west

I used to have a non decaying one I sold a few months back. It sold for about 3.5 mill I think.
