That beach won't ever change though. Not a huge selling point but I know of only a few towers touching a beach.

Yes inkognito got 1 factor, the beach.
Others include:
- very secluded
- very low spawn
- close proximity to landmarks; shame, orc fort, lich ruins, moonglow, and yew
- mining pass that nobody uses
- plenty of trees
- static ruin (see below)
- PEE envy
You do not find towers or any home like this on the market. The keep to the north is the BEST keep in the game and I would expect that to not go for less then 20 mill. The tower to the east of that is very lovely as well. Aside from these 2 large homes you have to travel quite a bit to find another large home or any housing farms.

PEE owned it years ago .. was gifted to me when it had the walls the tents pirates add ons ect.. i havnt seen it in a long time have no idea whats there now if anything ....
