UO Second Age

SB is small deed x 2. I last listed this home in November of 2013 and it ended up selling for over 200k. I reused the screenshots from that posting for this posting. I think the house is currently a sandstone, but of course the buyer can change it to their preferred small house type at no expense. This is the only home around for at least three screens or more! As you can see from the pictures below, a lich spawns in the ruins next to your future home! He isn't out roaming freely so he's unlikely to bother you if you are recalling to your spot, yet he's so close that you can farm him too! If you kill him once every time you log in, this home will pay itself off! Or you can use the lich to work your resist up for cheap, and then kill him! Muhahaha

When I timed it back then I want to think I remember it being 6 minutes.

when I started on this server I used to farm the spot above here that spawns 5 liches, and the 3 in Wind - those respawn in ~5 mins; I used to recall to this one too but the respawn is kind of erratic ~15+ mins or more sometimes, I never understood why
