Please elaborate about whats going on in the boat.... I've got to know =)

I'm not entirely certain myself but I can tell you what I do know...

On the invasion side of the river I noticed a boat backing up with a corpse on it (the bones you can see on the prow). I figured I'd circle round to the other side of the river and see what was happening. It took about two or three minutes to get there due to the people blocking Vesper's northern bridge. When I arrived I witnessed P.E.T.A arguing with Woekan with language similar to that which you can see in the other pictures. They had a half-hearted exchange of spells and then the owner of the corpse returned to begin looting and arguing. Woekan would occasionally recall to a ship which was parked in such a way as to prevent the other from leaving the docks. The altercation ended with Saber (the ghost) leaving via the gate and Thing Two (the corpse) retrieving his belongings and dry docking the boat.

At least I assume he docked the boat, Woekan had a ship key too but it might have been for the blocking vessel.

S'all fun and games until someone dies on a boat I can tell you.
