Looking for Full Spellbook and Dungeon and Town Rune Books

Haven't found any vendor that sells these, and the one i found that claimed to be was a scam.

Any honest vendors? Please let me know! :)

I have full spellbooks at Barnes and Noble, 10 steps NW from Yew gate.
