Are you a GM Decorator?

I'm looking to hire a decorator or two to decorate my towers at Chaos shrine (paying well). I need the second and third floor decorated in each tower (only the room behind the door 6x12). These rooms will stay locked permanently when the project is done, so no need for tons of lock downs.
The theme is PvP Order/Chaos related. Im looking for a relatively simplistic design, nothing to item heavy as I do not want players to lag when near it.
