House Amtrigan dual houses

Side by side brick/L shape, and over 550 magic items (almost all entirely weap/armor) thrown in. I labelled what I sorted, but I'm too lazy to get through it all.
both houses sold together w items, so if you don't want the houses, the SB values each item at less than 100gp and houses at straight up deeds, take this off my hands already!
