...that is selling what he/she claims are full runebooks and spellbooks (all banks, all dungeons) for 4k and 3.5k each.

I'm still desperately looking for Bank/Dungeon runebooks, but I'm hesitant now after what happened at the Brit moongate vendor, so I have to ask. Is this vendor actually legit, or is this another scam like the vendors outside the Brit moongate? I'm not spending my gold now unless I'm sure that what I'm getting is legitimate.
