Left over maps from previous sales located on a vendor named Malaya.
Located at the "Lore and Adventuring" tower near the east Britian bank city limits.
Get them while supplies lasts.

yes, a very good price
most level 3s seem to sell 4-5k
I usually buy any in that range as 3s are a nice mix of loot/gold/very little risk of death from mobs

Indeed. Despite me seemingly being naive about the specific price point, I assure all out there it was a discount to a few great buyers I dealt with in the past many times. I decided to carry over that discount to the general public.
As I said...more to come when I get the time to fully open the tower near xmas. Still compiling stories and info for the rooftop.
