I remember buying this at 2x or 3x or something of that nature probably 18 months ago from Mortiki.
Great for newcomers and vets alike. Despite the downed market we game in these days.

I like this home too. Verity Island is awesome in general. A home all by itself (on the island) is rarer. I saw this home idoc once or twice before but I've never made the placement.
