UO Second Age

So I was wandering through the forest near Destard today and I noticed there was a peculiar abundance of tropical birds and gorillas in this temperate zone. Not a big deal or anything but I suspect it isn't too hard to adjust the spawns if you guys get around to it. Just thought I would point that out.

I personally think we should see more gorillas all over the world... that's what i'd like to see.

it's completely unrealistic. Gorillas are an endangered species only found in a few areas of central africa. And Britannia, while mostly temperate in its vegetation, is shaped more like south america than africa. So if we are making any analogy to the real world, it makes no sense to have gorillas roaming the forest.

furthermore, it is well established that gorillas subsist on a diet that is about 60% fruit, and none of the trees native to northern britannia have fruit substantial enough in size for a band of gorillas to feed on for very long.

GOD DAMNIT THINK XAN THERES NOT ENOUGH FUCKING FRUIT ON THE TREES TO SUBSTANTIATE A GORILLA BAND.

Most of the creatures in the outdoor areas come from a spawn pool and creatures that are not killed off (unhunted)tend to proliferate.

The choice is clear; time to commit gorilla genocide.

Brittania gorillas are carnivores.

There obviously evolving.

First you'll see them in the forest, then you might see them farming a couple rat men.

You'll think nothing of it....

Then you'll notice them develop rudimentary language skills, just enough to start posting on the forums.

No big deal...Right?

They'll probably start macroing Gorilla Tank mages.

You'll say "Ehh?"......
