Since I am to new to +1 somebody, I thought I would make this post. The guy is first class. I am new and he set me up with a patio to use free of charge. When I could finally afford to pay it off, he made it easy. No upsell on price, just the deed. I owe him big time. If you ever need to buy/sell/broker he is your guy.
