I'm considering selling this house; it is an excellent vendor house location. I did great business when I maintained my vendor here (and the shard had a higher population). Someone else runs the vendors here at the moment, but I felt like it might be someone else's turn to take over the business. I'm not making any promises to sell, but I will if I get the right offer. Along with consideration of gold, I do like non-spawning rares.

It is my hope that someone would use this property as a vendor house and not a vanity home.
