Plenty of cheap silver macing weps on my vendor Naimah, - First small house on left of path between Brit & Brit Moongate.
Silver Power Q-Staff - 3,950gp in main bag & Grey Bag contain Silver Force Weps 500gp+.
There also plenty lower end silver macing if so required.
Vendor named Wendell also had regular magic weps so plenty of nice Macig weps on him if interested.
