That was my first vendor house ever! Awesome spot. Sold for significantly more when I sold it. Good deal for the buyer! gl happy!

I owned this house last and sold it to a guy that was new to the shard and sold it for 600k.. then he let it idoc and I think no one has done anything with it since.
