I won the tower at Seeth's event yesterday. Thank you Seeth!
I'm new to the server, and it is just too much house for me and could use the money instead. Please post your bids here.
Thanks!

Please outline your auction style. Example: Auction ends 24 hours after the last bid.

I'm obviously new to this, but I'd like to stick to deed trading as that seems the most safe.
Auction ends 24 hours for now. The minimum would be a tower deed plus some other deed(s).

Think it has been over 24 hours now? "Now" was posted yesterday at 7:23 pm CST. Or am I just that tired from work today that I'm making a goof?

The stated rules say [ends 24 hours {for} now]. I'd say you meant [from] instead.
If so, this was over 2 hours ago.
Some advice Lage. You could have redeed the tower and placed a smaller [patio] house and saved the spot. That
location is fairly nice, so a deed + small is an awesome price.
TI is good dude, but to be safe, ask him to give you the deeds, prior to you transferring to him, or
use a trusted broker.
Good luck on UOSA
Cheers

Very good advice here.
Lage I would suggest you familiarize yourself with how much gold each type of house deed is worth. This will help you tremendously when buying and selling large homes.

I agree on putting a patio there and taking the 300k profit + having a great house. My guild's entire town is over there and in that general area. Anyone who lives in that tower has been griefed, hence Seeth used his other tower to live in. A patio on the other hand is pretty safe.

The large porch building isn't a bad idea. I had one near yew back on great lakes for a long time.
I'm not too interested in house ownership at the moment. I'd rather just live out of my bank box for awhile especially since I'm so casual. I could see myself losing the building for not refreshing it.
So, I'm still game for tower deed and small house deed if you are TI_Smithy.
