Deep with in the Windmere woods, an area known as the best lumber location on UOSA due to the least amount of spawn and a very highly dense and long tree stretch, this small is one of the most beautiful properties on the server.
Just north of the trapper hut, a quaint npc location of blue trappers and red npc bandits, this location is also east of arguably the best river system due to its interesting design and complete ease of traverse via teleport and little more than a screen away from the open ocean.
This area has no player activity, nearly no monster spawn, and is one of the most gorgeous smalls on the server.
