New Player/Character PvP Event

What: PvP event open to all newly created characters,
100 skill points/80 stat total max, GM only weapons/red pots.
When: Wednesday July, 2nd 9:00pm EST - 6:00pm PST
Where: Tower just NW of Brit Moongate
Cost: Free
Prize: 1st Place - 100k
Rules: Standard red pot/GM only rules, all characters must be public (say "[publicchar") in game to make your character public. All characters must be untrained (100 point's of skill maximum with 80 stat maximum)
