[SOLD] Secluded Tower with Grandfathered Secures above Door!

Up for sale is a Secluded Tower at the South East tip of Fens of the Dead. It is placed on the coast facing the ocean. As stated, this tower is in Fens, but there is almost 0 spawn in the front of this Tower and I can't remember the last time I was bothered by the weakling swamp spawns when I recall in. Besides that, I almost never see anyone around this home.
This Tower also has 3 bags "secured" above the front door that can be used from outside on the steps and is grandfathered. (Nice Bonus)
