He unexpectedly bailed. no trade was done. He wanted deeds at bank instead of the front steps. I am sure however he wouldn't try to scam me.

I am buying the castle in the fens of the dead from fagabeefe i will give him 2x castle deeds then he will transfer the castle otherwise the trade is considered not valid and a scam.
