i was planing on being that person tell life took a turn and im so busy i have no time to play. so i think that 300k is a sweet s/b for a 33.3% chance at 20 mill or if u own 1 of them already 66.6% chance

One of the house signs tell you who the owner is. He basically is in refresh mode and has been for awhile as far as I can tell. The other house...I'll let the owner come foward himself if he chooses. Basically, if you are thinking of buying the island, get those deeds up. However much your thinking they want for em....double it.

This is an uber elite property even as a small.
Any interested buyers should not be discouraged from the owners of the other homes. It would just take some work, but that's half the fun! Justice Island is still a rockin' place to live. Ask Boom!
