Dude... I have the L shape behind this. Way too much spawn in the area. It's on grass but on the edge of the jungle. I don't think you are getting near x3 deed.

Look less at an opinion given, than at the character of him who pronounces it. Hmm interesting. Well, I didn’t post it to be mean. I was trying to advise you that you are overpriced and a little too focused on the fact it is a castle, ignoring the fact it is in a bad area.
Onto the quote you posted- clearly you are one who posts quotes in which you do not understand as this one does obviously does not describe my personal characteristics. So, let me break this down for you:

Well, I have had that L shape for nearly a year now. Recalled there many times, macroed dozens of hours…. There is clearly high spawn in the area. Furthermore, it is not opinion that it is right next to a jungle as one can simply walk past and see that it is.
“…on subjects with which they are imperfectly acquainted, but on which he is supposed to be better informed, yet which are often the farthest from the truth...” Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that there is high spawn and it’s next to a jungle. I am not sure how one is supposed to be better informed on that… just walk past and see.

Is there any evidence of this? What would I have to gain from you not selling it at x3 deed? Furthermore, what suggest that I feel that I am more important than I really am? I’m your neighbor giving you a suggestion.

Lastly, I am not sure what you’re posting of my profile details are supposed to suggest. Is 147 post too many? Too less? The number of post do not suggest, in any way, my ability to determine that there is high spawn in the area and your castle in right next to a jungle. The fact that you have had no legitimate offers on it over the month you have had this posted is a clear indicator that you likely have this overpriced.

Regardless of your intentions, Harmer, you do that kind of thing through PM or IRC. Posting something like that, publicly, serves no purpose other than dissuading a potential buyer. Hence, a dick move.
