Selling Tower to Denis the Menace

Selling a tower at Hart Lake to Denis the Menace for deed + 2x smalls.
I've received the down payment of 2x smalls, and he's been co-owned. The remaining balance of 1 tower deed will be paid within 4 weeks of this post, at which point the tower will be transfered to him, making him the sole owner.

The remaining balance has been paid and he's been made the sole owner of the tower. Enjoy!
