Selling a patio and L-shape right outside Hythloth on the Isle of the Avatar. The L-shape sits just a few tiles south of the patio, and there are also open spots for small houses nearby.

Was my stash house for awhile last year. Good locale! Sometimes there's even a half naked dancing Chris Farley sighting on top of the Hythloth tower that you can scope from your front lawn!
