Selling Castle on Grass 3x Deed
Just south of Trinsic
Unsecured Court-Yard (it is a hard knock life, what can you expect?)
So far I have seen 0 spawn in the CY
1 Tree in the CY; centered in the back
Jungle to the south, forest to the north
