[SOLD] Patio South of Ice/T2A entrance

This property has been sold!

For sale is this exceptionally placed patio just south of the Ice/T2A entrance! Mountain, wood, water, we have it all! Most importantly, it's just a few screens from a T2A entrance which can take pets through!

This house is presently grandfathered, so if it were re-deeded or decayed, another patio could not be placed here. It is likely, however, that once the upcoming housing patch is in place, this *should* be a valid tower spot as well, provided any blocking houses are (re)moved.

S/B: deed + 3x smalls
B/O: 3x deeds

The auction will end 48 hours after the last bid or when buyout is met.
