Did they relax the house placement rules?
Or did they fix the placement rules?
Or neither and Vega got really lucky with the Ocllo house?

It was de-activated about 4 hours after server went live because it had too loose of standards. Vega's Occlo house is actually what this patch is trying to allow so it is legit.
