No. That is Lupu. I went there too late, it was on my lesser priority list. I left a lot of Compassion open and showed a couple of people where they could place, then left and placed Delucia Pass Entrance.

Occlo bank had a makeover. They realized it wasn't era accurate, so now the banker only humps the west wall in hopes of making it to the sunset that she has always believed was hers.
