If you come across a house that is already IDOC is there a way to tell when it will drop?

Truthfully you don't, we know when a house goes IDOC its around 17 hours and 20 mins. So if you stumble upon a house that is IDOC and have no idea when it went idoc, then listen to the song linked above and enjoy waiting.

Please tell me that one of you is this idiot who admitted to being on 4 accounts.

Not really an admission of being active on 4 accounts. When I placed every small house except for 2 at an IDOC castle on ice isle I utilized every capable character on my account by logging them out in the area. When I placed a small I would log out and then log in with a character at the ready. Therefore I could state I had x% of the characters at such and such IDOC and be perfectly legit.

He had 4 chars on named "GhostCam". Possible that it was him and his friend who he was talking to like he didn't know? Yeah. Likely? No.

Sounds a bit shady.
