The one in this post was extreme to make. I did spend something close to 5 hours to create it.
Most common is a 3000x3000 that is resize to 1200x1200 and that takes a little bit over 2 hours to create. (depending on area, I hate jungle or large and deep mountains)
Here is an (3000x3000 resized) standard example linked that I would charge two small house deeds for (about 40k ea hour of working):
