Trouble Accessing the shard

Ive been playing here for about 8 months now and i have never had trouble logging into the shard. Is anyone receiving problems right now getting on? my screen is staying on the verifying account screen and will not go past. Any one know what could be up? thanks

Check irc chat, servers been down since 7am restart. the Dev's just havent woken up yet to reset.

This is because, the server is down. It says so on EVERY page on this website, that the server is DOWN. :P
