For the sale price we ask tower deed x 2, this is not an auction. First person to claim this tower at this price will own it.

Even though this tower is in the swamps, it has very little spawn around this area. I believe this is due to how far south it is. It reminds me of life south of New Orleans when I see this front yard.

You could build a boat bridge to dragon isle too!~

Actually that tower is pretty nice with the big front yard like that.

I'm a sucker for a big front yard near the water. This is a really nice property.
