Plenty of stuff! PvP, farming monsters, bank sitting, tradeskills, real estate (lol), create a guild, trading on the forums/IRC, talking to people.
That being said, nothing beats an IDOC for gold per minute!

Small trinkets. Nothing really from the patio. But the information gained there led to some good ol pixel fun elsewhere. Bout 100k worth + laughs. Decent morning before work atleast.
