For sale is this beautiful waterfront tower on grass, north of Yew crypts. I'd hate to see it go, but it's pointless to hang on to it as it's been out of use for a long time. The tower spot can also house a patio, brick or two story, I've used this spot to test house decoration for various house types. The neighboring smalls (one west, two on the east) will be deeded at the time of purchase (or alternatively transfered for deed price each).

A wandering healer along with trolls, gargoyles, gazers et al. are a common occurrence in these woods.

The first one to bid 2x tower deeds gets it!

Fishing is also possible from the west side wing!

One may also chop some wood from the east wing directly!

Selling to DickCheney for 2x tower deed. I will receive one tower deed as down payment leaving one tower deed as outstanding balance. In the interim he will be co-owned until the second deed has been paid off, at which point the tower will be transfered to him fully and the remaining smalls re-deeded.

The second tower deed is due to be paid within 4 weeks following this post.
