Not the best timer window, but a great location--one certainly worth an hour or two's wait.
This tower falls this morning (April 3rd) at:
EST: 10am-1pm
CST: 9am-12pm
PST: 8am-11am

haha, i knew he just "missed" it as well because the rest were refreshed.
Had i known it was Rammar's, i would have warned him tho.
And a swallow...i do help the people, that doesn't mean i can't kill them first and then give them stuff. And i don't help everyone, only people that are nice and deserve to be helped. Or new players.
