The deco on that first tower is superb. I want to bid on both so bad, but I got money tied up in other ventures (as always).
Is there ONLY a buyout price for second tower? I'd offer 2 castle deed as a sb.

unlikly there is some distance there.. but if so if u got a banker real close to back wall maybe.. and if the case.. it will be great for event goers.. ++

Its natural really. Simply, the owner doesn't sign on much at all if ever...hence the reason for selling the estates in the first place.
Its fairly expected for him not to log unto the forums everyday to follow up on every reply. Have some patience, I'm sure we will here from Calex when it comes time to refresh.
