This brick house is located near a Crypt spawn the home of the infamous Bone Magi (No worry the spawn stays close to the crypt
).As you can see in Picture #2 The Crypt is shown by the Red arrow, and the Brick by the Yellow.
I believe this Brick house can also be moved back a few squares to make a bigger lawn in front.
