Jammaplayer (the house owner) and I (the buyer) have agreed to this sale over PM.
The negotiated purchase price is 1 Keep deed.

OMG I'm so frkn psyched to have this house back again finally! This was the first house I originally placed back in 09, so it's like my UO dream come true.
I guess I can quit now, LOL!
Deal went well. I kinda flaked out on part of it, but we got it settled smoothly.
I know I what I paid is a lot for small house but I still really appreciate Jammaplaya selling, cuz he was sentimentally attached to it too. And it *is* the single most kickass housing spot in Moonglow.

get that vendor up and running again like you used to have, I still have a rune in a vendor runebook in my bankbox marked Li Meiyang for that place.

Yeah Sultan. You are not a girl like I am, but you wear dress so good enough.
I'm gonna relocate my vendor and sell the crap out of all kinds of crap!
I just need a logo. I recently upgraded to windows 7 and the MS Paint program sucks. All the pics come out too large for the forum. I'm gonna see if I can download the old version, then make like an animated gif or something.
