Well I just noticed the thread. I apologize I couldn't lurk the housing market sooner to properly advertise your sale at a more appropriate time. It is a decent location. You'd have to agree though, it's more decent when it's free (just costs a deed to place) then paying you for it.
If you are that salty, I can hook you up with 13,300 gold. I believe that was what you stood to gain for selling both at 100k?
