Price check on Greater Heal and Strength charges

Any advice on the price per charge for greater heal and strength items.
I wonder why strength charges never seem to be on sale. You'd think it would be a big plus in PVP.

50/10... STR pots > STR charges

Right, thanks.
But if you're wearing a strength item, doesn't it continually buff up your strength (until it runs out of charges?). If so, that seems better tactically than chugging potions which takes time and interrupts casting/swings/etc.
