I go to Britain bank and see all these people. But wait, they aren't actual people, simply characters. Empty characters macroing hiding. Where is all the hustle and bustle that is supposed to be going on around Britain bank? Now I'm standing in the middle of Buc's Den. Just a simple lumberjack, easy target. I see ONE red and he wants to pickpocket me. What the hell is going on here?

Right now there are 322 unique IP's connected, compared to how many back in the late 90's? The server is still growing but has a pretty decent free shard population as it is IMO. Why not try and get into contact with people you used to play with back in the day and get them to sign up, spread the word on other forums you use, etc. Want more activity try and get more people to play here.

I lost contact with those people many years ago and don't even remember their names. Hell, I can hardly remember what day it is most the time.

This is the best free shard I've been on, by far. I started playing right when UO:R and this is quite a bit like felucca was at that time. It's not crowded but there are people everywhere. I've already brought a couple of my friends that haven't played in years on board. Stick with it.

Wow, I actually remembered my ICQ account info from 9 years ago. Just finished mass messaging 80+ people that used to play UO.

I like to take zopiclone and watch myself macro. It's a hypnotic.

The problem is that everyone is using Razor to launch their client now that UoGateway is defunct.

Everyone automatically has this cheating program whereas before, it was obscure.

I am using 3D Client without Razor and I take the time to enjoy the graphics of the game, I don't go around mindlessly killing people like an idiot.

Two days ago I was standing by an IDOC and it collapses me and this other guy start looting. He kills me and takes some of my loot. Is this what the game has become about?

I'm not usually one to complain, but you murderers, wait till the summer when I find some new computer parts in the trash, then I will be able to escape from you fast enough.

Yes, this really is what the game is all about. I mean honestly, thats why this game is still being played 11 years after it was released because today's games don't offer the excitement of the unknown that Ultima Online did. You are really never safe in this game whether it be in town with your house key tucked behind a drum or beside an IDOC when all you really want to do is get a little loot. Adapt or die.

I do agree about 80% of the clients online are afk-macroing, or playing another character while another client afk-macros. That is a pretty annoying.

who can play all 3 accounts at once But seriously, I do wish an early decision in this shard's life had been just 1 account per person, but...Most of us are used to having 3 now. The best thing to do is just kill all the macroers you can find, especially in town, and "clean it up" so to speak.
