Trinsic Jungle 2 Story for Sale [SOLD]

Hello 
This auction is for a 2 story (L-Shape) house south of Trinsic in the jungle. When I first started here, I was given this house from some dear friends who have either scaled back their play time or have since quit altogether. Recently, I've moved into a new home, thanks to a wonderfully nice guy, Bixby Legbone, so I've been given the OK to sell this old house!
This house was wonderful while I lived there:
-Low foot traffic, if any at all
-Open plot surrounded by trees... nearest neighbor is a screen or two away in any direction.
-The spawn is relatively light.
-Trees everywhere! As a carpenter, this was an ideal location for me. I cut over 70,000 boards with no problems (just running away from the occasional snake or something.)
